REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

The 16th Australian Narrow Gauge Convention is a Pre-Registration Only event. Tickets will NOT be available on the day. Various ticketing options are available for this full weekend of activities, as detailed below.

Friday, April 3rd, (6pm til 9pm)
The opening evening of the convention is provided as an informal session for attendees to check-in and collect their registration packages. The contest room will be open for submission of entries (we highly recommend taking advantage of this time to submit entries, thus avoiding the rush on Saturday morning). Our visiting Traders will be open to view their offerings, plus this is a good evening to see some of the layouts and displays we have curated. More than anything, this Friday evening is a great opportunity to catch up with some familiar faces you may not have seen for a while.

Saturday, April 4th (8am til 5:30pm)

The convention kicks into proper action. Doors open early for those still needing to check-in and collect their registration packages. Our full day of clinic presentations begins from 9am, with clinics covering modelling subjects and prototype presentations. The contest room is open throughout the day for viewing and voting (the contest room will only close during vote counting in the late afternoon). Our Traders will be open for business, plus layouts and displays available to view all day. Lunch is provided, plus tea & coffee throughout the day. The convention will close at 5:30pm, with attendees then proceeding to the Awards Presentation Dinner (optional extra).

Sunday, April 5th (9am til 5pm)

The final day of the convention sees another full day of clinic presentations. The contest room will again be open all day, with time to review the results of the popular vote. Our Traders will again be available to help stock your hobby supplies, or spend time checking out the layouts and displays. At the conclusion of the clinic schedule, attendees are invited to gather for some closing remarks on the event, before drawing a close to another Australian Narrow Gauge Convention.
